I saw a Lance sign in my neighborhood during a walk when their crew was having lunch. I called and asked if they did fences. The receptionist was very positive and pleasant and said yes. Just let them know when they show up at your house.



While I was describing the fencing I wanted, the employee said that they could do most of it, but I would have to finish it myself.



I said that I'm not a fence guy and that is why I called them.



Maybe this just wasn't a good fit, or they only do roofs, or he came out thinking it was for a roof and not a fence. I can't say for sure.

7 April 2012 Re: Lance Roofing, Dayton, Ohio - I'm a first time customer. Lance Roofing replaced my home's roof from A to Z yesterday. This company delievered just as they promised they would. The management and crew were professional and courteous. I spot checked their work along the way. They used premium materials and did the job right. Each step of the project from tear off to replacement was handled efficiently and in an organized manner. I was super impressed by their attention to detail and the clean, tight fitting appearance as each layer was laid down from membrane to ice shield to metal edging to shingles. They even repainted the chimney and vent pipes to compliment the new roof. Wow! And the clean-up? In a word, meticulous. A beautiful job done by a competent experienced contractor. Based on my experience I can recommend them without hesitation.

Lost my roof on Christmas day, 2009. Called Lance Roofing & Siding and they came out and water tight and tarp my house. Had to wait till the weather broke, remove all the shields and the entire job complete in 2 days. Great Job
