This big o shop was fine already when Ben was manger. Now that its under new management he is not that great. Rude. But the employee Hard workers. They get there hands dirty. They did a great job on my car. Thanks to Rob & Ted. Keep up the good works.

among the 20 tire shops in Fairfield I've been to. this shop is the only one that greeted me at my car and before I got inside. I felt No pressure from Mike the store manager. I needed a set of tires which I already knew I wanted and What the prices were around town. Mike got me the tires I wanted the same day. the process was a breeze. they provide a free shuttle. took me home and picked me up. free alignment check. they let me know about my car and let me know about everything. I'm.very pleased with this shop.

Mike is the new store manager so basically this shop is under new management and I felt like I was VIP. I'm now a new loyal customer here and I'm going to refer all y friends and family. even Co workers.

simply poor customer service.

I went in to Big O because my brakes were squealing, and my car was not stopping as well as it should on the wet roads. They gave me a free brake inspection, then showed me exactly what my problem was, My rotors were warped and I needed new brake pads.

The store and employees were cleaner than my last visit, the new staff seemed more knowledgeable and friendly. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Marty and Staff!

After less than great service at the other Big O location in town, and higher prices at other tire stores, I tried the location at 1129 North Texas. The gentlemen there dealt with my needs quickly and efficiently without over selling, while taking the time to make sure that I understood why it was important to have my alignament checked (free by the way) when purchasing new tires. No one else in town took the time to cover that! They even gave me a ride back to work and picked me up when my car was ready.
