There isn't an option to give negative stars but if I could I would. My

Grandmother was there for a 5 day respite care stay as she isn't able to care or herself anymore. She's 92 with dementia and a language barrier. Dropping her off was a nightmare. I took her to Botsford and no one knew who she was or that they were taking in a new patient. We were asked to wait in her room (which took 10 mins to find out), and waited for almost 45 mins so the nurses there could figure out who would do her intake. When I had gone to check on her she was not being cared to. I spoke to a nursing manager who was extremely rude, and was given different information then what I was given from a nurse that was on the floor that day. We were told we'd receive a phone call regarding how she was as never received that. The staff took it upon themselves to cut all of her meds in half. As far as picking her up today (3/11) there was no discharge paperwork to be signed. I only found this out after the nurse stepped away from buying plane tickets for a flight to Houston on the company's phone. She wasn't in break, it wasn't her personal cell she was on duty making travel arrangements. I got her home to find that she hadn't been changed in what seemed to be 2 days. I am beyond upset. And no one seems to really care.
