I grew up in Farmington Hills but now live in Chicago - so when my dad said he wanted to get my mom 2 diamond bands for Christmas, I knew Emery's was the place to go because of the exceptional service we've received in the past. Rob and his staff were so extremely patient with me and all of the different ideas my father and I had - he gave us great guidance and was responsive both via email and phone. Rob worked extra hard to make sure we received the rings by Christmas. He was diligent about making sure we ordered exactly what we wanted - he sent us pictures of many different options and styles. Although I live far away, I wouldn't think about going to any other jewelry store - THANK YOU, ROB!!!

I knew i wanted to have my ears pierced for a big party coming up. I knew where I wanted to go, who i wanted to do it, what earrings I wanted, etc.... It finally became one day before the event and I still didn't have them done. So, it being the closest, I got my ears pierced here. Of course, I was a little apprehensive. The staff talked me through and were so kind about it! In the end, they looked beautiful and healed perfectly! I will always go here for my jewelry needs!

I cannot explain how awesome EVERYONE is in this jewelry store. I ordered my now husbands wedding band from a "chain store" 1 month before our wedding and 2 days later they told me it wouldn't be in. I panicked and remembered this shop from buying a couple of pandora charms from them. I was so overwhelmed with everything else going on but they helped me with much ease. They were able to overnight the wedding band and I had it the next day, and everything was perfect!! I definitely will be going to them for ALL my jewelry needs going forward. Thank you again!!
