My review concerns customer service. (I am not able to comment on selection or expertise.) Several months ago, a tire shop in Colorado mounted new tires on my pickup. The following month, I moved to Arkansas. Yesterday, I took my pickup to an auto repair business in Lincoln. Later that day, I received a phone call advising me that the technician was unable to locate the spline socket required to remove the rims. I assume that the person who mounted the new tires in Colorado did not put the socket back in the pickup's glove box. I called H & R Tire & Auto for help. They suggested that I take their spline sockets to the auto repair business and use them to determine the right size for my pickup's lug nuts. Naturally, I had to return the sockets as soon as possible, but I could hold onto the correct socket until the end of the day. When I returned the sockets, they offered to help me obtain a new spline socket to replace the missing socket that came with the rims. I am extremely grateful to the staff at H & R Tire & Auto. Their assistance made it easier for the auto repair business in Lincoln to work on my pickup. I must give their customer service five stars!

Bought road hazard warranty. Had a blow out. Went back and was told that my 14 inch Michelin tires were NOT worth his time to deal with, he wants to target the college students low profile high end tire market. I had three other cars and never went back! Screw me? screw him! Good luck to you!

& R Tire is extremely unprofessional. After telling me they had overnighted the necessary kit to fix my AC compressor, I showed up and dropped off my car on the scheduled date to have fixed. They said they would promptly call me when they had an idea of how long the service would take. After calling back 5 hours later, they then told me what I had already told them in multiple conservations, including the morning of the drop off that my my A.C. was in fact...broke. 🙄 (I have now paid for 3 Uber rides at my own expense with no reimbursement.) The manger Colby refused to take responsibility for their mistake and continued to argue in circles with me. And since I work til 5, which is their closing time.. he told me he would leave me car unlocked with the keys inside. When I told him I wasn't comfortable with this and wanted to speak to someone at pick up, he refused. I highly discourage using this company and their services. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

I have been buying tires from Harold and Randy for decades and have always been exceedingly happy with product and service!

I have bought all my tires for personal and business vehicles @ H & R tire for over 12 yrs! i have never had an issue and their tire prices cannot be beat.

I have purchased tires at H & R Tire for years, Great quality and exceptional service.
