I had the same experience as Sharon. I tried calling at least once a week for 3-4 months to schedule a couple's massage using a prepaid "coupon". Every time I called, they said they were completely booked. They were always short with me and never offered any alternatives. When I called the last time (several days before the coupon expired), they told me they were completely booked and couldn't accept it after it expired. I WILL NOT ever give them my business again.

I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. They didnt have any Saturday appointments available and she didnt offer an alternative. Just basically told me they were full for a month and I was out of luck. I will never go to this place and I woould not refer anyone based on how I was treated over the phone.
