OWNER IS RUDE & DOES'NT CARE TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS - Despite the previous bad reviews, I decided to give them a chance. I called to get an labor estimate on installing a new clutch for my Jeep. I provided my phone number and was told that I would get a call back later that day. 24 hours later, I hadn't received a call back. I thought maybe he wrote my number down incorrectly, so I decided to stop by. I walked up to the counter, where the owner was playing on his pc. I immediately see my phone number still written on the notepad laying on the counter. I tell him that I called yesterday about replacing my clutch and left my number, but never received a call back. He rudely reply's with "If you pay me to install a clutch and it doesn't fix your problem, you're going to have to pay me again to remove it" I reply "Well of course, I'd like you to examine it and confirm that it needs replacing before doing it" He replies (again with a rude tone) "Well what made you think it was the clutch", I reply "I'm having trouble shifting and the clutch is making a lot of noise." at this point, I can tell he doesn't want my business as he seemed angry that I even walked in the door. I say "You know what, don't worry about it. I can tell you don't want my business by the way you're talking to me, and my phone number is right in front of your face" and then I walked out.

Very fast and friendly!!! Couldn't ask for better service from an auto mechanic!!!! Will never go anywhere else to have work done on our vehicles again.
