Their statement is to put customers first. True, you are treated quite well while a patient. However: beware.
If they over charge you, and they will, you are pretty much screwed.
If you try to contact billing, you will be directed to leave a message, 4-6 weeks later you might get a return call. Than you will be told it takes 8-10 weeks for a check to be mailed, if you believe them.
If you press "3", you will be placed on hold until 3pm when you will be directed to leave a message.
No matter what time of day or day of week. Does no good to speak to corporate since they do not care.
If you hire a lawyer, guess what, same treatment.
Of course, they require your money up front before they will allow any procedure done at their facility.
