Guy working there is the most inexperienced Dry cleaner/cleaner period! Brought him a corset and asked if he could clean it. He said "yes. I have over 30 years of experience." When we went to pick it up, it was destroyed. We asked him to fix it, he said he'd have it done by tomorrow. The next day, we went as we were asked, and he showed us the corset and told us how much it would be. He held the corset, bundled up as if he was hiding something. We took it from him and looked at the back, and it was STAINED EVEN MORE! He claimed to have no idea that was there and then started to blame us for it. He said he would clean it and told us to come back the following day. We did, and he stained it even more, and had the nerve to hand us the price tag. This has got to be the most unprofessional Dry Cleaner in all of the metroplex!
