Customer brought a watch into my store for a battery change, and we lost two screws for her MUST 21 RDW ACIER SM. So we tried to make it right by sending it off for repairs. We sent it off via fed ex on May 27 and we had no answer until we called back on august 23. They hadn’t repaired it or anything. They then proceeded to tell us the watch also had a water damage, and a badly rusted stem (this was a blatant lie trying to scam us out of money). I asked them to just send me the two tiny screws and the watch as is. They sent just the watch. I then called them back today and they completely dodged responsibility.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Hands down the most unprofessional, low down, thieving corporate entity I’ve met in the jewelry business.

No working phone number.
Useless e-mails do not connect to watch repair!
Complicated and confusing.
Help!
