Black Diamond Paving just finished repaving our HOA. During the prep work they dug up cables, removed the top-soil and then lied and claimed they hadn't done it and said the cables must have been laying on the surfaced all the time. It was obvious by the missing soil, exosed roots, and the cable what had been done. They refused to complete the job and repair damages. I would not recommend this company.
