Goson the salesman there who helped me was so helpful and friendly. I wanted to write this review with him in mind and Fletcher Jones as a dealership made for a quick and easy buy. Great business I recommend this dealership and have told my family and friends already.

I just picked up a Porsche 911 4S and my sales person was Vinny Milazzo. This was the second Porsche I purchased new, each from Vinny. He was at a different dealership before. Nonetheless, Vinny and Fletcher Jones made my wife and I REALLY happy with great service, great attention to detail, and a great deal. These folks have it together! Vinny is the BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I just purchased a 2011 camaro from them last Saturday. It's the second car we purchased from them. Tito is the best he made my dad and I feel like family. He remembered my dad and came over to help. I just purchase my very first new E350 from Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz and it was the best experience ever. The customer service and attention to my requirements sets this dealership apart. These guys really listen to you and your situation. When we told them this was our first time buying a Mercedes Benz, they wanted to make sure that our experience is memorable. And guess what? They delivered. Sales Consultant Tito Talampass and Sales Manager Mike Ramish were very professional and helpful in the process. They both made us feel comfortable and without any pressure. Above all, GM Mr. Mike Bates, who also is very kind, friendly and professional, made our experience a memorable one. He truly understood our situation and gave us the best possible option. I know that most of the time when you go to a dealership, you can only rely on your contact. But this time I believe that the entire team worked together and came through the best experience ever. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseJust leased a C250 for my wife. Prior to our purchase we test drove an Lexus is250 and BMW 328I. My wife fell in love with the mercedes!!! The look of it was everything she wanted and he loved how it drove!! We were worried about the cost as young newleyweds but the people here at Fletcher were absolutely amazing! Dody and Tomasz were our sales people. They really worked with us and were able to give us the monthly payment that we needed for the car that we wanted. We chose C250 with all the upgrades we needed so it was more than a standard 250 but they were really flexible. We are so excited and couldn't be happier! We stop by this dealership just to check out the new C250 that they had. Tito Talampas walk us through everything that we need to know about the car, patiently gave us options that we want without any pressure. With the kind of hospitality that we received we feel like its the right place for us to buy a car. I believe that every car in the market out there were really good but sometimes what makes the difference is how people treat you and understand your position- thats how i felt with Tito. What is so amazing was after buying a car, he still keeps in touch making sure that everything is fine with the new car. So far, everything that he promised during the buying process were all done. We had a very good buying experience at this dealership. We were looking for a late-model C-class vehicle and they had a lot of fully-loaded units on hand. Tito Talampas and George Loh were very accomodating in helping us get the vehicle we were interested in.

Fame Nawabi took me for a test drive in a new 2012 C250. I was not at the dealership to buy a car. I owned a 2007 C230 and was just curious about the new C250 model. After a long discussion, Fame was able to make me an offer I could not refuse. He took my C230 in trade and helped me negotiate a deal I could not refuse. 5 hours later, I drove off in my new C250. It was an amazing and unexpected day. Fame was very calm and professional throughout the entire experience and I could not ask for anything more. Fame supported me in the negotiation and had great patience securing the deal that left me smiling as I drove off in my new C Class.

He was patient, thorough, jolly, and just a fun guy to deal with (and be with, really). He just made things happen for us, and we ended up getting what we wanted and a little more.
