My friend making an honest mistake recently bought a gift certificate here, for 60$!I don’t live anywhere close to the area, approximately 1000 miles away, and am unable to use the gift certificate. I called in and spoke to the manager, Chayla and she informed me because some people try to buy a gift card, return it, then still use the gift card, she would not be able to return my friend her money. I told her I could provide her with proof that I live in Arkansas.She said that wouldn’t be necessary and she would tell the owner of the establishment and have her give me a call back. I HAD TO CALL BACK and was informed, no refund, But I was free to find someone in the area to take the gift card. When I asked her how I would go about doing this? She said, “I don’t know”. I asked the manager if there was not a way in the system to cancel a gift certificate and make it void, to ensure that it couldn’t be used? And she said “no, that’s our system, we know how it works”.
