Share your problem areas and concerns or just say you want a relaxing massage. During the massage, you can say things like "Would you apply more pressure; I like deep massage" or "Would you spend more time on the area you just left?"

The owner Marlena has a deep sense of mission to help people feel better. I have painful orthopedic problems and she keeps me going with weekly sessions. My physical therapist sent me to her because I was in too much pain to do the PT. I walked bent over and every step was so painful. I saw her twice a week for a few months and now once a week keeps me walking upright with a lot less pain.
