WOW, Just seen the bad reviews after i took my car to pfromms auto but the thing in my case was great. Wait to the dealer and they were the ones that told me to go to him because they could not get me in right away

This mechanic is horrible. DO NOT GO TO HIM! I brought my car in three times and every time I got it back something either wasn't finished on it or was completely broken. He checked my tires and knicked the front right tire valve stem, I had a flat tire within the day, and when the roadside repairman was replacing my tire he made a comment that my lugnuts were extremely loose and he was surprised I made it as far as I did without my tires popping off. He replaced a hose connected to my overflow tank and didn't tighten it enough and so my car was still leaking coolant even after he "fixed" it. He "fixed" my alignment and it was still off by 20 degrees. And to top off all the crappy work he does I am a woman and he spoke disrespectfully to me and every time I ever said anything he would look at me like I didn't know what I was talking about, that I sounded dumb and that he didn't give a crap about what I had to say. Poor mechanic and customer service. If I had the option I would have given him zero stars but the website requires I at least give him one. Even though he does not deserve it. Do not take your car there unless you want a headache and want to be disrespected and have a really crappy day trying to fix what he screwed up.
