The service is really bad, my Motor Carrier was canceled due to their incompetence, very unprofessional personal and rude customer service. You don't speak with the same person twice, always someone new who is clueless. I canceled my insurance and instead of getting my deposit back they sent me to collections stating that I owe them money. How do you figure?
