All this store wants you to do is buy a dress, after that they don't care what happens to you or the dress. I called to make an appointment to show my family my dress on the stage, and I was told I didn't need an appointment. I let them know that my mom, bridesmaids and aunts would be coming (14 people), and they suggested that I make an appointment. 5 minutes later I get a call saying that they refuse to see me on a Saturday because I already bought my dress, and it would be a WASTE for them since I was just showing my dress. I told the receptionist that I was offended by her comment, and she apologized. I asked to speak with a manager, who had the nerve to call me a liar and say that the receptionist never made that comment! To top it off the manager hung up on me. When I went to pick up my dress it was given to me in white garbage bags that were stapled together. Classy! I would never recommend this place to anyone, they are the most horrible people I have ever dealt with.
