My experience with Lenny and his wife at Master Watch Repair has been totally different than Mr. Chim. They have been servicing my collection of premium watches since I moved to Phoenix six years ago and I have been delighted with Lenny’s knowledge, patience, promptness, and quality work. He is a dying breed of small business owners in this world of big box stores and I hope Master Watch Repair will be around for years to come.

Paid this guy to put a face on my Rolex. Kept trying to hard sell me this $700 'overhaul' ...saying my watch was not timing right. Even though it had just been serviced a week before, and was perfect. I told him no thanks. He mentioned how important it was several more times over the course of a couple days of interacting. I said 'no thanks' again and again. I get my watch back from the new dial being put on, and later that day it started stopping. Even though was fully wound. I sent the watch back to where I bought it to have it properly adjusted. Said the hands were not put back correctly and causing it to seem like it doesn't work...coincidence, or? I DO NOT recommend either way!
