Dr. Vartanian earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School where he graduated with honors. He was then accepted to the prestigious head and neck surgery program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he also pursued his residency. Continuing on his path of education and training, Dr. Vartanian completed his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the accredited Lasky Clinic in Beverly Hills, California.
