I wanted a nice bracelet for my boyfriend and I walked in here and Sam showed me a catalog with different styles of bracelets and he helped me choose one. He ordered the bracelet and as soon as it came he worked on the engraving which turned out really nice. And it got really dirty one time and he cleaned it up for me and it looked as good as new! :)

i had my Rolex watch fixed and the band re-finished and i was completely satisfied with the job done. my watch looked like i just bought it!my wife's ring has also been re-sized by the same jeweler, it now fits her finger snuggly!this is the place to go for jewelry and watch repair, the location is very convenient.Pros: the job done is excellent and ontime.

Went there for a simple battery replacement for my Polar watch. Took about 10 mins and the service was good. No complaints - would go back again.
