Thanks to all of these complimentary Yelp reviews, I took my 2012 Camry to Glendora Auto Sound for installation of a back-up camera on 1/7/22. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome. I got a quick reply to my online request for pricing, made an appointment, and in about two hours had my camera installed perfectly. The final price was exactly what was originally quoted - $280 for parts and installation. No attempt to sell me something more, no surprises, just competent and credible service.

Never going back there, seriously considering lawsuit. My vehicle passed all tests with flying colors, however the kid failed the visual test because of a tiny vacuum hose that was not connected. I have the factory repair manual and according to it, the hose was absolutely not related to or connected to emissions system per the federal diagram in this manual. I reconnected the hose and the guy was gonna retest, but then he said i had to wait behind 2 more people. No please, no thank you, just ordered this and that. I was required to pay anyway. I then came back the next day, and again, the same guy was there and was just looking for an excuse to fail it, however it passed yet again with flying colors. I will be pursuing a case with the better business bureau, consumer affairs and will be contact the appropriate governing state agency as well.
