This is the wort pedi I have received in yrs. old polished and if I didn't mention she would have kept painting. Shape of nails uneven & I brought to her attention and she sd no. Not enlighten drying stations So they used a fan....really, I could have done this myself at home. That want to just add to your service but not correct what's wrong.

I will never return ! Nail Tech was extremely rude. She attempted to force me to select a higher priced pedicure than I wanted, when I wouldn't take the higher priced service, she became rude and indifferent. She whispered to her co-worker and ignored me the rest of the awful service.She gouged my toe and I let out a moan of pain, she did not even apologize for hurting me and gouged me a second time. She never smiled. Her work was sloppy, the polish bumpy and uneven. I went because they were open on Sunday. I cannot believe a business could get away with such awful treatment of customers. I realize that busine3ss always try and get you to spend more money, but in this economy, a regular pedicure without all the extras is a luxury in itself for most people - if you decline the higher price, they should graciously accept that and not act rude and indifferent. Zero stars for this place - the worst I have ever experienced.
