Excellent place to get a massage, became member 6 months ago will definitely renew my membership. Very professional business.

I love the experience that i recieved at the Massage envy South 360 Location. If you are looking for a relaxing atomsphere i would recomend this location. The staff is very polite and professional. I was impressed with everything about this location, their great customer service to their amazing spa like atomsphere.

I was about to give this place 4 stars for the service and massage (4 not 5 because I had to ask the therapist to adjust her pressure several times) until it was time to head back to the front desk. I had not one, but THREE of the staff ask why I did not want to purchase their membership. I had to explain to each one, one by one, that my boyfriend has a membership, but rarely uses it; thus, I benefit. Though I received a look of disdain from each of the wenches for not contributing to their sale, I was still on a high from a relaxing massage, and continued to thank them and wished them a good night. Their response: a fake, "uh huh" without looking up, or smiling. Should you decide to visit this location after reading these reviews, please tell off those unprofessional brats at the front desk for me!
