I will agree with the other reviews. I have never received bad service from a doctor office that I receive from this office. I would make appointment go to find out after been there for a hour that the doctor Dr. Lisa Jackson-Moore was at the hospital delivering and the other doctor was not avail. They did not try to call you to reschedule. So about three appointment later when we were waiting for the doctor we arrived at our appointment for 1:45 at 1:30 by 2:45 we still did not see the doctor. I would not recommend this office if you are a person that is press for time. If you make an appointment just plan on beening there all day because the doctor is always running slow. They are not professional. If you are on Medicaid I would recommend you go to Physician For Woman on Green Valley Road. They have several doctor, they do not run behind and you are out of there within 2 hours or less.

This has been the worst experience I have had in a doctor's office. I booked my appointment with a receptionist over the phone, and was told that it was 1:15. I checked in at 1:10, and was told to have a seat. Thirty-five minutes later, I asked the lady how much longer until I could be seen. She told me that my appointment was at 1:45, so it probably wouldn't be too much longer. I said that I was told 1:15, and she didn't even apologize for the mistake! She asked if I had booked with an automated system, as if that would explain things. I told her that I had booked with a human being, that morning, and had been told 1:15. She again neglected to apologize. I waited another twenty minutes past my "appointment time," i might add, in a roomful of screaming children. The assistant who took my vitals was very sweet and apologized for my wait, but I didn't want an apology from her--she had nothing to do with the reason for my wait! The front office staff is terrible here!

The staff here is so wonderful, I have always enjoyed there care that they give, they listen so well to what's going on with you and do the best they can to help during and after pregnancy, and even when it's just a regular exam. I will always refer friends and family members to them.



Thank you for being such a great OB/GYN.

Their health staff is extremely unhelpful. Sometimes you may even encounter unnecessary rudeness with their answering services. I hate to write such a bad review, but if you're looking for a practice with attentive staff that are not late to appointments and quick to tell you there is nothing they can do, this is NOT where you want to go!
