5 month old Shih-Tzu was cut above right eye and shaved too close around nose causing red irritated area. Used services twice before with no complaints. The nose area was easily visible and the cut was found immediately upon arrival at home. I think these injuries were known but not mentioned. The groomer is very busy with customers waiting to pick up their pets. The staff seems to be rushed. On my first visit the owner stated she was so busy she needed to hire additional groomers. The people she has employed may not be as competent as they should be.
