I hired Shawn Cline to represent me with my charges with the City of Chesapeake 5 years ago. I had 2 charges and both of the charges were dismissed by the court. Shawn Cline gave me the not guilty. I then went to civil court for an expungement for my record. In total I spent over 3,300.00 dollars with this man and he did not do his job. Look for other reviews for him they are out there.
