WOW….! I couldn’t believe what I just saw at this place. so my boyfriend bought a radio from this place and they installed it . They charged him $130 for the installation when they gave the jeep back to him. the cigarette lighter was broken and the plastic panel was hanging off, the DVD player didn’t work and they left old wires from the previous radio hanging around the dashboard, and the dash board gauge lights where out. My boyfriend brought back his truck they fixed the cigarette lighter and took out the old wires and put the loose panel back together but they said they wouldn’t fix the dashboard lights claiming they didn’t do it. I know his dashboard lights was working before dropping the vehicle off and as he received the vehicle they didn’t work. These people are blatantly lying and had the balls to actually argue with my boyfriend saying they didn’t do it, keep in mind they had a hard time getting the radio in and admitted to doing some cutting in the dashboard to get the radio to fit. Clearly they did some damage they don’t want to claim. They know that fixing the dashboard will cost them time and money so they lied to him about damaging it. The wires and cigarette lighter was a easy fix so they fixed that.



I simply couldn’t believe how they could obviously damage is truck give it back to him stating it wasn’t them. Keep in mind my boyfriend didn’t even leave the store when he realized the dashboard was out. So who was it a ghost…! lol Its truly unbelievable that a business like this could exist in this country.



So as a professional businesswoman I thought of how illogical and egotistical the mangers thinking is. It would take them at least 1 hour to fix the damage they’ve done. That would cost them nothing. Instead he let a customer leave very unhappy and is going to file a report to the Better Business Bureau which will cost the owner of the store a lot more money after future customers will be diverted elsewhere to near by radio installation stores.

Very foolish thinking. and a very unprofessional place.



Bottom line and simply put; go else where there’s plenty of other car installation places nearby in Hampton that will respect your business and your vehicle.

So I bought a radio on line. it just got to my house and I wanted it installed the same day. I found this place and decided to try them out. it was about 6:00pm and the store was about to close. I was pleased to see that the manager made his crew stay late 15 minutes to install my radio. during the installation the mechanic lost my Bluetooth inside of my dashboard and I thought it was stolen for next 3 days. I was pissed off for a few days thinking they stole it, very sloppy work! also.....



watch out...! this shop will charge you for every little step you take. for example I asked them to remove a CD changer from my 04 Cherokee they charged me $30 bucks and its a simple disconnection of a wire and 3 screws. this is just one example of many. every time I go there I get the feeling that there just out to take my money by nickle and dime-ing petty work. I get a uncomfortable feeling any time I go to this place better off going somewhere else.
