Provided by YP.comI would give Les Schwab Tire zero stars if I could. I had my studded snow tires mounted on my wheels (I only have one set of wheels) by them. Leaving Les Schwab, my light for tire air pressure was on in my car. As soon as I got home, my tire was flat. They refused to fix it, and said they would have to charge me for any service call because I "can't assume it was their fault."
I had a similar thing happen with Discount Tire on another car where I had flats two days in a row. Both days, they were friendly and came and fixed it for me with no hassle.
My advice, choose discount tire (or anywhere, really) over Les Schwab if you want to be treated decently as a "valued customer."
