Avoid! 1st 50 minute massages is $39. A contract is $39 + $20 dues. Your CC is charged $59 monthly. No usage will carry over as a credit. To cancel provide a 30 day notice in writing. Should you cancel & not use your credits you lose them. They use hard sale, aggressive, forceful tactics with members to leave tips. With tips the figure can climb to $65. The sales associate & therapist are paid hourly + commission. They will use a placard with non member rate of $79 + 15% tip climbing to $91. They shove that placard in front of you to get more in front of other guests & EMBARRASS you for more $$. Effective 6/1/08, 2 massages forced 15% tip & 50/50 for a decent therapist that actually knows what their doing! The franchise should offer higher wages commission won?t be what it?s all about. Customer Service is not their strong suit. Pay as you go to the competitor & have a no hassle, no obligation, & no contract agreement & be done with it! Thumbs down!
