I highly rate this boutique. The owner is absolutely amazing, not only will she fabricate a new dress (with only the best materials), but she can also take an old dress and put a new spin on it. I bought a 50+ year old dress and she altered it to fit me and added subtleties to give it new life. She is amazing to work with and very affordable.
