Have dealt with Chuck for more than twenty years, countless pairs of RX Costas.Had only one problem, it was corrected immediately and at no charge!

i was not very happy with this place. i paid a total of $906.00 for two pairs of lens and one pair of frames. I ordered ultra thin lens and they came in the thickness fo a coke bottle bottom. The saleslady was very rude saying that was the best they could do. After a brief dispute she finally agreed to remake the lens. I had a pair of lens put in a frame of about 7 months old which she stripped out the screw hole and placed a cute little nut on top for a fix. It looks like yuck! So i wound up buying another pair of frames from her to replace the pair she destroyed. this cost should have been optics but i quess once you've paid up front you have no leg to stand on. i won"t send anyone there for a good dose of take your money and run.
