This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. 4 diamonds fell out of my ring, they “fixed” it, within the same day of pick up, 2 more diamonds fell out. They refused to refund my money, for the ring was “custom”. The ring was sized as most every rings are done. The manners and respect the manager had was atrocious. He was only willing to give us a store credit or “fix” the ring that the diamonds were to consistently keep falling out, and offered each time it happens, to bring back and send out again. This was per their “protocol” for the owner was over seas. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS PLACE. The pure laziness, that we saw first hand on another occasion, greedy, dishonesty, and inconsiderate attitude towards customers is disgusting.
