I started going to this animal hospital in the summer of 2016 when my dog had a seizure. Since then I have used this place with no issue UNTIL LAST WEEK. Earlier this summer my brother and I boarded our dogs and there was no issue. In July I went to go and pick up their flea meds and made the appointment for them to be board in late August. I was told there would be no issue, as we have boarded them there together before. A few weeks later, my brother called to confirm the boarding appointment and there was no mention of a deposit. [We have NEVER paid a deposit for boarding before, one was never mentioned]. Last Monday 8/20/18 the day before they were to be boarded I received a missed call from the them and called them back to RECONFIRM the appointment for 8/21/18/-8/26/18. N one mentioned a deposit. They just wanted to make sure they were still being boarded. Dropped them off and FILLED OUT paperwork and no one mentioned a deposit. We were there at least 15 minutes checking them in. We get a call as we are about to board our international flight demanding a deposit!!!!! Claiming they never told us over the phone because they don't discuss deposits over the phone, so why did they call me if they weren't going to discuss anything. Besides that I have received the AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL BILL OVER THE PHONE BEFORE. My brother goes to pick the dogs up this morning, he was chastised about my dog ALL OF A SUDDEN being cage aggressive and I need to leave a leash, which I did. It wasn't until he was in the car driving the he noticed HIS dog has a large scratch on his nose and NO ONE at the VET mentioned it. I will never use this place again. I suggest you dont either. The Doctor needs to do through checks on his employees as they are the face and agents of his brand. I will attach the picture of the scar when i see it

I have worked for a boarding f...

I have worked for a boarding facility for the past 2 1/2 years and when our name changed we started using this clinic. Dr. Briles is such a wonderful man. He showed up at my facility at 10:30pm to help one of my dearest clients. He could of sent a tech but no, he came right over. He has always been there for us and he even takes car of our personal babies. We are all so very blessed he is in the dog world. Thank you Dr. Briles for all you hard work in the community and I hope your doing well.

I should of wrote this months and months ago bc I believe in you and your clinic!

Wonderful Service. Always takes the time to talk with you, regardless how busy they are. May not always be on time, emergencies happen, but the personal service is well worth the wait. With only one vet you know who you will see, instead of all those other vets that have so many on staff, you have to explain everything (animals history) all over again each time. You get the personal, at home service with Dr Briles and his staff. Reminds me of the country vets I grew up with...something that's hard to find in the city. He even took the time to address an issue through email and phone calls when I wasn't even in town. Wish I found Dr. Briles when I first arrived in the area...I will always choose Dr Briles as long as I'm in the Humble/Aldine area

I went to Dr. Briles because he'd treated my rescued dog previously. His staff was excellent. They were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They obviously love their jobs and animals. What a pleasure to visit. Dr. Briles was similarly friendly and helpful - very knowledgeable about my particular breed (Collie). Looks like we've found a new vet!

The entire staff is very friendy, and LadyBug loves going there! They treat her as if she was one of there own. They also have great rates for boarding.

Wonderful doctors and wonderful staff!!

Very good service, always make you feel like your a friend as well as your veterinarian. I have been with them for seven years and I have never had one bad experience from the doctors or the staff.

Notably good service experience

Friendly caring service- had to have a dog "put to sleep" they were very understanding of our family's loss.Got a new puppy.... The tech and vet were great and spent time just visiting about puppy needs and gave some great advice.
