One of my husbands shirts came back with EVERY button missing. Even the button hole was ripped, making it difficult to repair. They accused us of lying about the condition of the shirt and that was an existing problem. One of two buttons, understandable. But every, single button was gone. There was even a small one inch diagonal cut on the front. We will not go back.
