The representative of this company was rude and disrespectful to my husband on the phone and we had to request from Lowe's that another company install our carpet. They don't any appointments for over 2 weeks, that's alot more than the 72 hours install promise. I guess they don't value their relationship with Lowe's.
Very dissatisfied and I do not recommend this company!
