This has got to be the best carne I have ever tasted. Tender, Flavor and no fat on it. All you need is a nice cold one and you are set!! I know people that travel over an hour just to purchase this meat. I suggest you order in advance if you plan to get some on a holiday. There is a line!

All I really need to say is their meats are great in quality and in taste and so far I have never had a bad experience with them... :)

Best carne asada in LA.Soft, tender & juicy! Also try the marinated chicken.
