Chapel Hill Apartments are some of the worst apartments in Indianapolis. The basements leak terribly; maintenance only does cover up work and don't actually fix the problem; there's mold in the apartments; the pool is only open maybe 2 weeks out of the summer (due to constant need of repair); the staff is really sweet and then become extremely rude after you've signed a years lease; there isn't sufficient parking; crimes are constantly being committed on the property (tenants being pistol whipped, cars being broken into, apartments being broken into, gangs walking through the complex threatening tenants, etc.) and the staff does nothing to take care of this nor do they make attempts to handle the situations. I would not recommend anyone live here no matter what they are told by staff; I learned the hard way that all they do is lie just to get you to sign a lease and then you are nothing to them afterwards and they don't care about the living conditions they put people in.
