Service department was awesome. I took two vehicles in for recall repair and one warranty repair. Bill Stone took great care of me. Made sure I was done to make a last minute doctor appointment. Just be patient and realize they can't make every repair in 15 minutes.

do not go here for service. They will not call you to let you know when car is ready or whats wrong with it you have to call them. They will keep it forever and stuff keeps coming up that wrong with it. beware beware beware go anywhere else but here.

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM EASTGATE. I just bought a used jeep 8 days ago and the power steering went out of the vehicle. They would not do anything to fix it. They told me that It was going to be $500 to repair.told me $300 for one hose and 2.5 hrs labor. I did my research and found out that the hose cost $87 and takes 1hr of labor. Doesnt seem right. Eastgate will rip you off. Do not buy from them.

The staff at Eastgate were so friendly and knowledgeable we felt welcome from the first hello. I went to several other dealerships and they didn't compare to the staff here. It was a further drive for us but well worth it! Brandon helped us surprise our son with a new car. He went above and beyond to make this surprise possible. During the tour of the garage I noticed it was the cleanest garage I have ever seen. No kidding, the floors were immaculate. I never write reviews but I was really blown away by this place.
