Fantastic experience !!
I drove 1200 miles from Naples to pick up my Kawasaki Ultra 310 LX.
Old school dealership. I appreciated the customer service and straight talk. No nonsense, no last minute add ons, only truth in advertising (unlike a plethora of dealers who were closer to me and had more excuses to inflate the "out the door" price than I've experienced since 1968 when I bought my first new car) It really became comical.
These dealers could learn MUCH from an HONEST, straightforward dealership like Kawasaki City
Adrian, the GM, was fantastic and helpul in all aspects of my purchase. I'm 75 and have been buying jetskis since 1990. This was the most satifying transaction I've ever done !
