The new staff here is phenomenal! The management team there (Austin, Kirk, and Gabe) go above and beyond to listen to your needs, expectations, and your budget to create the best solution for you. I have had radios installed, backup cameras, full sound systems, exterior lighting, and details done on multiple vehicles. Their install crew and detail crew take pride in their work and provide a high quality service.

These guys installed a Kenwood KDX a few years ago with new Focal front speakers. Doors started rattling and speakers worked intermittently then stopped working completely in the past few weeks. Pulled off the door panel and I was shocked at what I found. The Focal Access 1 unit that is installed in the door was stuck to the wall of the door using the best I could describe...tar. The tweeter was just hanging free behind the speaker screen. Not even any adhesive. The speaker wire they used was simply awful. Now for the Kenwood, I have to reset it about 4 times per week. I brought to their attention a month after they installed it, right before I moved out of Washington State and was told it will probably not happen again. Buyer beware!
