They do their jobs well but this place is a rip-off. They overcharge for EVERYTHING and push tests and procedures they aren't necessary. I took my 2 dogs for their annual (which they get every year so they weren't behind on immunizations and they needed no special tests performed) and the bill was OVER $800. When I asked for my dog's records (b/c I am going to a nicer and less expensive vet) they wanted to charge me for the records. I'm sorry, but I have given you enough of my money already. Go somewhere else, your pocketbook will thank you for it.

This office started out great but has gone so far down hill due to frequent staff turn over & incompetent office manager. Staff is so rude & incompetent as well. Vet has been in & out a lot due to health probs. He has hired 2 other Vets straight out of school, but they do not have a lot of experience. Unfortunately, we no longer feel that this is the right place to care for our dog.

The Doctors and staff of Animal Care @ Twin Lakes Center are excptional! The hospital is spotless and smells nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the environment is relaxed and efficient. We have brought our pets there for many visits and have always found Dr. Flood to be extremely insightful and sincere. My pets were always handled with gentlness and dignity and everyone around there is soooo NICE! I have no resrevations recommending them to my friends, family and neighbors--- in fact, I HAVE!

This is by far the best experience I have had with a veterinary hospital. The hospital is spotlessly clean, the staff very helpful and kind, and the doctor was phenomenal! My cat has always been a nightmare to take to the vet and they really had a way of calmly handling my cat that minimized his anxiety and everything was smooth as silk! Great place if you want the best for your pet!

The best vet around! Dr. Flood is so compassionate and willing to spend the time with us to explain Max's condition and what are options were. The staff was very pleasant, the facility was immaculate and I believe Max is receiving the very best care possible!
