Great Docs but their billing system is awful. I went for my annual ultrasound. The office did not collect the copay at the time of service. I got the bill 2 months after the service on the same day I receive a collection notice. Call the office and they tell me "the system sometimes does that." I let the rep know it is being sent that day. 32 days later I get a "Notice Before Legal Action", "FINAL and FORMAL NOTICE", 'YOU MUST PAY NOW"... I call the office. They ask were I sent the payment? I used the windowed envelope to the PO Box. Her response was, "well they are sometimes a bit slow processing. We've told them about this problem but I guess it is still happening." Heck of a way to treat customers/patients. I will not be spending my or my insurance company's money there any more.
