My wife and I had heard all of the hype of Global Diamonds on the radio. After almost 6 years of putting up with Kay's (and being thoroughly disappointed time and time again), we decided to give Global Diamonds a shot. From the second that we set foot inside of their "showroom", we knew that we were in for a completely different experience. We were promptly greeted by Nathan Burgess. Nathan showed incredible knowledge and patience, not only with my wife and I, but our 3 year old Daughter. Nathan took the time to explain the certification and classes of Diamonds and how it works to create the perfect ring for my perfect Wife. We ended up not only buying a new engagement ring, but a new wedding band for my Wife AND me. Nathan is the definition of "Customer Service", in fact, he made it much more personal. Global Diamonds struck gold when hiring him. Because of the Professionalism and Expertise that Nathan demonstrated, not to mention how he represented Global Diamonds, we will now be life long clients. This was such an enjoyable experience and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you Nathan and Global Diamonds. It's worth every penny and more to see the radiant joy and smiles from my Wife every single time she looks at her rings. Thank you again for such an enjoyable visit!!
