I love starlight I am a gymnast there in level 5 and my family has been here for years all of my siblings have gone here if you want to choose a gym choose starlight it is awesome!!!

As i read in the review above this parent doesn't understand how gymnastics works. As a former gymnast I know. I've been to starlight and have seen many children/young women grow and excell. Starlight uses techniques that will avoid the "NEED" of a spotter there and teaches them to rely on themselves and not a spotter. I did gymnastics for many years and learned in a similar way. I never relied on a spotter to get me to go through my skills nor would i refuse to do a skill if a spotter wasn't present. I know that the coaches at Starlight want each child to excell and learn at their own pace. They have an incredible staff there who are amazing at what they do. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Obviously someone wanted instant results and with gymnastics/tumbling that's not possible; it takes some work and sometimes just time.

Completely disappointed w/ the tumbling class my daughter took. When she would ask for help doing fulls she was told to keep trying it herself and the so-called instructor told her she wouldn't spot her in any running tumbling passes! Waste of money!
