Great spa and friendly staff.

great and friendly place. I love it.

Finding it hard to get away from work and the kids, not to mention finding the extra $100 to spend on myself, I guess I anticipated a bit more than was received. The "spa" itself was rather dirty, the staff was late and unprofessional and I spent a lot of time waiting between services. While I was waiting to go from my faical to my pedicure, another woman was at the counter waiting for the person to show up that was supposed to take care of her that afternoon. It turned out they could not locate the employee and the customer was turned away since no one else was available to accomodate her...even though she had booked an appointment well in advacnce and had also made arrangements to have her children cared for. I realize these situations can happen, but the business did not even offer her another service or a gift certificate, etc. for her trouble...they just said they were sorry and that was that...the woman left...a bit upset, but she left! After this experience, I will now drop by the "spa" I choose to make my appointment so I can check it out in advance!
