Provided by YPmobileWe had a situation with one of our kids. Between the orthodontist and the dentist it took over two months to decide what to do with a single tooth. Drake Dental called today to delay the treatment for because impression were needed. I expressed how disappointed I wasthat we were still having issues. They just called back to say they were canceling us as patients. I never lost my temper until they cancelled us. What kind of business doesn't allow a CUSTOMER to complain? The kind that just lost an entire family and friends.
