I live in Spokane and my daughter drove her car to the Kent area last November 2011 to visit friends. While she was there, her car started running very poorly. This was late Saturday afternoon. They they changed the plugs and wires, which it needed badly. The car still was not running well and they determined it needed a control module. They stayed hours past closing time to try to get her back on the road but they were unable to get the part until the following Monday. On the following Monday, they had her car fixed first thing. They were very kind to my daughter and made her feel comfortable although she was in an unfamiliar city. In May 2012, her car started having problems again in Spokane. One of the problems was the control module again. East Hill Auto made good on their work and refunded me the price of the part and some labor costs. Being some 300 miles away, they could have easily blwn me off but they did not. If I lived in Kent, East Hill Auto Service would definitely be the place I would take all 5 of my cars. East Hill auto Service in Kent, WA is an awesome shop. They do excellent work. I would recommend them for any work - small service to major car repair. Rommel and his staff are excellent mechanics.
