Provided by YPmobileI have to give it one star but it doesnt even deserve that. They waited 3 days to start fixing my vehicle which then took a week to complete. It was a 2-3 day job at most. They never answer their phone which has a full voicemall so you cant leave a message. they never update you on the progress of the vehicle. Replaced parts without verifying first and werent open when I went to pick up my vehicle during their business hours. absolutely horrible service. Do not go here.

Provided by YP.comTHE BEST SERVICES!!! I am Army wife whos husband is deplyoed...shortly after my move i started having problems with my truck. After a bad experience with another shop, i took my truck to Herman. And he told me what the problem was ...I AM HAPPY I WENT THERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE.
