I went with a few co-workers after work hoping to enjoy a nice meal. As soon as I sat down I noticed that my plate still had residue on it, as did my co-worker's plates. We ask for different plates, and low and behold those did too. We continued this process 3-4 more times before we had the manager Luke come out, he was rude and unhelpful. The meal itself was okay, but for the price I would expect more. What upset me most was the crickets they had in the restaurant...DISGUSTING. One actually jumped on my plate as I was handing it to the busboy. Never again will I eat here.

I love this place. Nami is the best restaurant in Killeen. I always go to Nami when I have an anniversary and birthday party. Food is great, service is terrific. Hibachi depends on chefs. But, mostly, It was awesome.

My husband and i went to namis on a date night and we werent sure about sitting at a table with six people we didnt know, but it turned out to be wonderful. Excive but wearth it as a nice treat every once in a while.

If you have a seafood allergy, don't expect them to care. I told them I did and they cooked everything together anyway, when I complained, I didn't get an apology. They took my debit card, hostage, and called the POLICE..I guess to try to bully me into signing a hand written medical release of responsibly. I refused to sign and left. While they had my card and were waiting on the police, I overheard another man with the same issue. Even though he repeatedly told the cook he was allergic, the cook continued to mix the seafood and non seafood items. I will drive to the Habatchi on 31st street in Temple, they have MUCH better customer service, it is worth the drive.

This place is dirty and the service is awful. Do not waist your time on this mess! You will be sorry!

Was not impressed at all. The chef at the habachi was not to friendly and could not do most of the tricks that they do to entertain you. But the worst was the seafood was so over cooked. The shrimp was well beyond rubber, it was just hard . The lobster was over cooked. The surroundings was not that pleasing. It was really hot so was not comfortable while eating.Could not get a refill on our drinks, had to ask 4 times before anything was done. For what we got and the surroundings it was extremly over priced and will never go back. extremely dissappointed !!!!

for the middle of texas, i was pretty impressed with the quality of the fish in their sushi...best place I've found around Killeen/Belton.

my husband and i got a baby-sitter and went there for dinner, we sat at the regular tables so we would be able to talk. once our food arrived, they had messed up the order and had to cook mine, instead of taking back both plates like most restaurant would do to keep my husbands food hot, they left it there for the 15 minutes it took to bring me my plate. while we were waiting for the food, a giant roach came crawling down on the wall behind my chair ( i live in south carolina and southern alabama, i know what big ones are ). instead of having one of their waiter come and kill it, the man sitting at the table next to us did it, by the time my food got there, my husband's was cold and needless to say that we had lost our appetite, who knows what crawls in their kitchen. to top it off, the check was wrong and we had to ask another waiter to bring us back the corrected one after waiting 10 minutes. we never got an apology from anybody. we use to always go there every time we wanted to go out on the week end because the food is good but that won't be anymore.

Nami is a wonderful Japanese Resturant, I especially enjoy the lunch menu as same portion size but very reduced prices.
