I have been going to Tom and Lily for many years. I have never once had the experience that the first reviewer had, nor do I recall anyone ever working there beside Lily and Tom. The have always been wonderful to myself and my mother and daughter. Professional service at fantastic prices. I've used other nail salons, but no other salon offers the personal service and friendly owners like B and H nails. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have multiple times!

Your nails finish looking dull and patchy. They definitely put something in their polish to stretch it. When you mention the poor quality of the nail polish (even though its OPI & Essie) they act like you're crazy. Andy, even started arguing with me when I voiced this criticism. It seems like most of the techs that were there when they opened have left. Besides Andy and I believe the female owner, everyone else is hit or miss if you will get a technician that paints on your cuticles and applies layers like a 2nd grade girl - thick and uneven. Plus, the newbies seem like it's their first salon because their comprehension of English is not more than what nail color, you like, spa pedicure, and round or square.Yeah they do $30 mani-pedis Mon-Wed but it's no longer a bargain if they do a crappy job or schedule their worst & green techs those days. They are headed to being an around the way, unbreathable acrylic nail spot who attracts the clientele that doesn't even care about quality or would even think about reading a review site. Judging from the decor & initial customer service when they opened, it doesn't seem like that's the clientele they had in mind. Bottomline, I won't be back and pretty sure young professionals like myself won't either.
